Owned and managed by Sarat Dayal, who has developed and launched over 38 preschools in South Florida.
After completing two master's degrees, the first one in Literature and the second master's in Business from University of Florida in Gainesville, Sarat built a highly successful corporate management and marketing career in Chicago spanning over 24 years.  He held key management positions in large companies and subsequently founded his own marketing firm with a multi-million dollar revenue stream and clients in over 20 different industries ranging from software to tools.

He decided to return to Florida in 2000 to lead a more relaxed lifestyle but that was not meant to be. He had found a new passion, preschools and Early Childhood education, and went on to develop and open over 38 preschools in Miami, Broward and Palm Beach counties. He has actively managed over 15 preschools and is currently the owner and operator of some of the best preschools in South Florida.

Sarat's team consists of top-notch preschool directors and teachers who are passionate about nurturing and educating children from infants to kindergarten. Sarat has created a corporate culture of complete transparency and accessibility, with parents having quick access to his cell number in case they need to talk to him.
